We will happily accept returns within 30 days from your purchase date. We will charge a 10% restocking fee on returns up to $50. There will be no charge for exchanges other than the shipping and difference in price, if any. Returns will only be accepted as long as the watch has not been worn, sized, scratched or altered in any way.
Please contact us prior to returning your item via email to mywatchworld@aol.com to obtain an RMA number .RMA numbers WILL NOT be given over the phone. This RMA number must be clearly displayed on the package.
If you are thinking of returning a watch, do not wear it or remove any of the factory wrappings it may have. Wearing a watch, even for a short period of time, can impart small hairline scratches on it and make it unsellable. You would not want to receive a watch that someone else has worn, so we are quite firm on this policy.Watch must be returned with box, tags, warranty and receipt. We will inspect every watch upon return and if any of the above conditions are not met, at our sole discretion, we reserve the right of refusing the return, at which point the watch will be returned to you. 
The mailing and insurance cost of returning, exchanging or for warranty work done by us is the buyers financial responsibility.
